Art. 2 - Right to use

Coupons can be used by any individual, over 18 years, or any legal person, who has an account on www.sendmachine.com website and makes a purchase.

Art. 3 - Validity and location of use

3.1. Coupons are valid according to ongoing promotions, when the exact validity will be specified.

3.2. Discount coupons can be used only on www.sendmachine.com website.

Art. 4 - Methods of use

4.1. Customers holding coupons can use them to purchase newsletter packages.

4.2. Coupons can be used to order an existing package or a special package.

4.3. Customer may use a coupon once or several times, depending on the Regulation of promotion and coupon usage rules.

4.4. Coupons are non-transferable, unless this is specified.

4.5. Coupons can not be combined with each other or with discounts and deals available on www.sendmachine.com website.

Art. 5 - Final provisions

5.1. By using the coupons, customers declare that they agree to comply with all provisions, terms and conditions of this Regulation.

5.2. Sendmachine reserves the right to change this Regulation without notice.

5.3. Sendmachine reserves the right to monitor and check how the discount coupons are used, and if there is a notice of some fraud attempts the use of coupon may be declined.

5.4. Sendmachine is not assuming any shortcoming created by Internet Provider`s unannounced interruptions or malfunctions.

5.5. Any disagreement between Sendmachine and the coupon users will be solved mutual.
