{"id":1807,"date":"2016-05-26T14:05:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-26T11:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.sendmachine.ro\/?p=1807"},"modified":"2016-05-26T14:05:00","modified_gmt":"2016-05-26T11:05:00","slug":"studiu-caz-campanii-donatii-email-marketing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sendmachine.com\/blog\/studiu-caz-campanii-donatii-email-marketing\/","title":{"rendered":"Studiu de caz: Campanii de donatii prin email marketing pentru Salveaza o Inima"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Acest studiu de caz este realizat de Agentia de <a href=\"http:\/\/pluscommunication.eu\/\">PR Plus Communication<\/a> si Sendmachine pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/salveazaoinima.ro\/\">Asociatia Salveaza o Inima<\/a>, iar perioada monitorizata este 01.01.2016 \u2013 01.05.2016<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Introducere<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Asociatia \u201cSalveaza o inima\u201d, infiintata pe data de 17 decembrie 2012, a reusit sa salveze, pana in prezent, peste 100 de copii cu malformatii grave. La campaniile umanitare organizate de Asociatie, s-au alaturat peste 50.000 de persoane si companii romanesti si internationale, inregistrandu-se pe platforma online donatii de peste 770.000 de Euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obiectivele campaniei de e-mail marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prezentarea\u00a0donatorilor si viitorilor donatori a cazurilor umanitare publicate pe\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.salveazaoinima.ro\/\">www.salveazaoinima.ro<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>Cresterea bazei de date de donatori;<\/li>\n<li>Cresterea ratei de deschidere a e-mail-urilor si cresterea ratei de click;<\/li>\n<li>Cresterea ratei de conversie: suma donatiei per vizitator, numarul de donatii per vizite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Publicul-tinta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Publicul tinta a fost colectat din baza de date a persoanelor care au donat, cat si prin unelte de abonare la newslettere. Campaniile prin e-mail s-au realizat prin platforma\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sendmachine.com\/\">Sendmachine<\/a>. In total baza de date este formata din 15.387 de donatori.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gen biologic si varsta.\u00a0<\/strong>70% dintre donatori sunt femei si 30% sunt barbati (comparativ, pe tot publicul Facebook, paritatea femei-barbati este de 45%-55%). Din publicul feminin, un procent de 60% este format din persoane cu varste cuprinse intre 25 si 34 de ani, 20% \u2013 35-44 ani, 10% \u2013 18-24 ani si 5% \u2013 45-54 ani. Din publicul masculin, 55% au varste cuprinse intre 25-34 de ani, 30% \u2013 35-44 ani, 5% \u2013 18-24 de ani si tot 5% \u2013 45-54 ani.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.sendmachine.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1808\" alt=\"1\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.sendmachine.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/1.png\" width=\"868\" height=\"304\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sendmachine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/1.png 868w, https:\/\/www.sendmachine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/1-300x105.png 300w, https:\/\/www.sendmachine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/1-768x269.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 868px) 100vw, 868px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stare civila si nivelul de studii<\/strong>.\u00a070% din publicul donator este casatorit\/a, 10% a declarat ca este singur\/a, 10% \u2013 intr-o relatie si 5% este logodit\/a. Din punct de vedere al nivelului de educatie, 75% a declarat ca a absolvit Colegiul (postliceala sau facultatea), 15% are studii superioare si 15% \u2013 studii liceale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.sendmachine.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/RElationship-status.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1809\" alt=\"RElationship status\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.sendmachine.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/RElationship-status.png\" width=\"853\" height=\"355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sendmachine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/RElationship-status.png 853w, https:\/\/www.sendmachine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/RElationship-status-300x125.png 300w, https:\/\/www.sendmachine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/RElationship-status-768x320.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 853px) 100vw, 853px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Localitatea\/tara de domeniciliu.\u00a0<\/strong>70% dintre donatori locuiesc in Romania, 10% in Marea Britanie, 5% in Italia. De asemenea, exista donatori si din Statele Unite ale Americii, Spania, Franta, Irlanda, Belgia, Canada, Danemarca, Austria si Elvetia. Totodata, 138.121 de vizitatori unici au accesat pagina\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.salveazaoinima.ro\/\">www.salveazaoinima.ro<\/a>, in aceasta perioada de timp, dintre care 207.182 sesiuni, 325.156 de pagini accesate, iar 35,9% dintre vizitatori s-au intors pe platforma. Observam ca un procent de 5,04% dintre toate sesiunile de pe site provin din campaniile de newslettere, iar tot acest procent (\u201epublicul cald\u201d) a reprezentat si vectorul de imagine al Asociatiei \u201eSalveaza o inima\u201d in alte grupuri sociale, sporind astfel numarul de donatori de la luna la luna.<\/p>\n<p>Sumele donate pe platforma au fost, in medie, de 1,58 Euro per vizitator unic, inregistrandu-se un total de 22.782 de donatii (aproximativ 5700 de donatii in medie pe luna). Suma medie de donatie a fost 10,30%, iar rata de conversie medie a donatorilor raportati la vizitatorii totali a fost de 16,03%.<\/p>\n<p>De la inceputul anului 2016, in urma campaniilor umanitare derulate de Asociatia \u201eSalveaza o inima\u201d si Agentia de PR Plus Communication, au fost salvati 29 copii cu malformatii grave, astfel: Chiriac Beatrice, Mitroi Raul, Stancu Robert, Cojan Cristina, Pintilie Ionut, Lorent Sofia, Irimia George, Szabo Dragos, Luca Alicia Catalina, Popovici Antonio, Petica Elena, Proca Rares, Ivascu Maria, Curceanu Andrei, Bolat Ersin, Zamosteanu Cassian, Zotescu Ionela, Gincu Ilinca, Dominic Ioan, Ghinea Sofia, State Marius, Enasel Radu, Gherman Bianca, Sitnic Gabriel, Mihalcea Adrian, Bucuroiu Maria, Fara Razvan Gabriel, Radulescu Cosmin si\u00a0Chirita Ayan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acest studiu de caz este realizat de Agentia de PR Plus Communication si Sendmachine pentru Asociatia Salveaza o Inima, iar perioada monitorizata este 01.01.2016 \u2013 01.05.2016 Introducere Asociatia \u201cSalveaza o inima\u201d, infiintata pe data de 17 decembrie 2012, a reusit sa salveze, pana in prezent, peste 100 de copii cu malformatii grave.
